Reporting to the CIO, the IT Infrastructure Manager will lead the teams concerned with the implementation, support, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure in use within the entity, including but not limited to the following:

Wide Area Network
Local Area Network and WiFi
Registry Servers
Data Centre infrastructure
Disaster Recovery
Desktop and Active Directory
Infrastructure management tools

Proven experience in managing a geographically dispersed team.*

Proven knowledge and skills relevant to management of current, strategic, and prospective technologies underpinning the Court’s IT Infrastructure to deliver high quality IT service within a budget constrained environment.*

Proven experience in managing significant IT projects associated with all aspects of network infrastructure support with demonstrated success in delivering large projects within time and budget constraints.*

Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage a heavy workload in a complex environment and achieve results under pressure and within budget allocations. Proven ability to responsibly exercise authorised delegations.*

Well-developed interpersonal skills, including proven abilities with regard to team leadership and people management. Initiative, tact, discretion, judgement, analytical and problem solving skills of a high order.*
