The Assistant Librarian SA provides direct professional support to the National Manager, Library Information Services in managing the strategic and operational effectiveness of the Federal Court Library Network and Judgments Team to best achieve its strategic intent and objectives. The role assists with the ongoing development of library and information policies and procedures, standards, systems and processes that contribute to an environment of positive change. The position also contributes to the planning, implementation and ongoing review of judgments policy and procedures.

The Assistant Librarian SA also provides high quality library and information services to the Judges and staff of the FCA, FCoA, and FCC in South Australia and the Northern Territory including current awareness, cataloguing of library materials and collection management.
