Client Service Officer

Duties:

Provide high quality client services
o Attend to counter, telephone and email enquiries effectively, promptly and courteously
o Provide accurate and relevant procedural advice to clients and stakeholders
o Effectively assess and manage the needs of litigants
o Accurately assess court documentation filed electronically including with regard to filing fees
o Update information on the Court’s case management system, maintaining a high degree of accuracy in data entry
o Provide high quality support to Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court judges

Assist in the efficient case management of Court files
o Assist and support with the overall case management of cases
o Contribute to efficient and effective case management
o Arrange listings and enter listing data on case management system

Document processing
o Promptly process documents filed electronically

Contribute as a member of the team
o Assist fellow staff members whenever the need arises
o Discuss workloads and task allocation as tasks appear
o Identify and implement practices to improve registry procedures
